The focus is on empowering these artisans and ensuring sustainable livelihoods. This board will operate under the Department of Skill, Planning, and Entrepreneurship. The first chairman of the board is Shree Ram Gopal Suthar. The board comprises 19 members, with 9 individuals from the political field and 10 from the government sector. The political members will include one Chairman, one Vice Chairman, and 7 members. The government representatives will consist of 10 officials at the level of Additional Chief Secretary and Director. The board aims to provide support and loans for carpentry tools to each carpenter upon the completion of the course. This initiative will enable trained individuals to start their own projects or businesses, allowing them to meet their needs and earn a sustainable livelihood. By becoming self-reliant, the trainees will reduce their dependency on others and avoid engaging in harmful activities. This will, in turn, contribute to the economic growth of the state.
